The Owner

JASMINE COLLIER is an alumna of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. As a design professional, I have been practicing in Architecture, Interior Design, and Space Planning for nearly a decade, shaping spaces across residential, commercial, and federal sectors. I have worked on an array of projects ranging from interior design packages for residential and office spaces, to large-scale space facilities design and planning for agencies like U.S.A.I.D. and the U.S. Navy.

My years of service in the U.S. Air Force Reserves as an F-16 Weapons Mechanic and Administrative Support Specialist have shaped the very principles that currently guide how I manage design work and lead with a people-first mindset. Above all, my work is driven by a deep respect for everyday individuals and families who deserve more access, more voice, and more ownership over the places they call home.

Why 'New Neighbor Modular'?

When I started this company, I wanted to welcome people back into communities they thought they’d once been priced out of by introducing an alternative building type. I didn’t just want to sell container homes.

‘New Neighbor’ derived from the unfortunate realization that the true essence of neighborship has faded across communities nationwide—replaced by a culture that values independence and self-reliance over connection and community. People were never meant to live in isolation—we were wired to share space and commune with those who live around us.

The growing divide between those who can afford stability and those who cannot has turned housing into a barrier, not a bridge. At New Neighbor Modular, we design with the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to build not just equity, but community. We don’t just build homes—we build neighborhoods people are proud to be welcomed into.
