The Owner

JASMINE COLLIER is an alumna of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. As a design professional, she has been practicing in Architecture, Interior Design, and Space Planning for nearly a decade, shaping spaces across residential, commercial, and federal sectors. Jasmine has worked on an array of projects ranging from interior design packages for office and residential spaces, to large-scale facilities design and space planning for agencies such as U.S.A.I.D. and the U.S. Navy.

In addition to her design career, Jasmine has been actively serving in the U.S. Air Force Reserves for the past nine years— three as an Administrative Support Specialist and six as a prior F-16 Weapons Mechanic, both of which have propelled her into pursuing entrepreneurship.

Above all, Jasmine's design ethic continues to be inspired by a culmination of her academic training, professional experience, and real-world perspective. She maintains a deep respect for people and their well-being, and through the establishment of New Neighbor Modular, she is committed to designing for those who deserve more access, more voice, and more ownership over the places they call home.

Why 'New Neighbor Modular'?

New Neighbor Modular was founded on the principle of designing homes that would welcome people back into communities they once believed were out of reach—made possible through an alternative building approach using shipping containers. The goal was never simply to sell neatly packaged container homes, but to insert a housing solution that would redefine housing affordability for the middle-class—a class that is increasingly being diminished by ongoing global and economic shifts.

'N2M' realizes that the true essence of neighborship has fading out across communities nationwide—replaced by a culture that values independence and self-reliance over connection and community. People are never meant to live in environments that isolate, they are inherently wired for connection, shared space, and community.

The growing divide between those who can afford stability and those who cannot has become a significant national systemic barrier. At New Neighbor Modular, we uphold the belief that sustainable, aesthetic design is for ALL people, especially the working-class. 'N2M' strives to design unique neighborhoods that people are proud to be welcomed into.
